Artistic Outputs

Poetry, drama, and storytelling created by young people from the Pakistani Bengali community, as part of MH-COST's arts-based workshops.

Why This Page Exists

Stories, Not Just Statistics

Alongside our survey and interview data, MH-COST runs a series of arts-based workshops — poetry, drama, and storytelling — giving young people space to express what statelessness feels like, in their own words and forms. This page shares that work.

About the Workshops

How These Pieces Were Made

As part of Phase 3 of our research, we run a series of eight arts-based workshops with young participants, delivered in collaboration with professional artists and community facilitators.

Why Arts-Based Methods Matter

Creative, arts-based approaches let young people express experiences that can be hard to put into conventional research language — offering a richer, more human understanding of statelessness and belonging.
